Your coin was struck with worn dies. You can see how it is getting that extra ridge around the rim area which can make the devices looked doubled. Just my opinion I am no expert.

It looks like some Die Deterioration Doubling ( DDD) on the date and T in CENT from worn dies and possibly split plating on the mintmark and the E in CENT from what I can see.

Im no expert either but I believe if the coin has to be held at an angle to see the doubling than it isn't a true doubled die its either Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration.
