Looks like a die crack & chip by the S like CM mentioned. Also another small crack and chip by the E in gettysburg. That is a die gouge down in the UNUM that you pointed out.
This series was the worst for production-quality-cost for the Mint. I have also a first strike from a Die which survive just 48 minutes and 7000 reject from 34132 struck and is bad.. Apparently is due to the bad steel mixt and wrong Dies Annealing.
