i have what I think is a roman coin, judging by the head on it and what looks to me like a roman-style tunic, part of which can be seen. its about 15mm in diameter. I kinda need some help identifying it, so Any input is appreciated!

Good intuition

Your coin is this type:

I see a jewel at the top of the diadem, so my best guess is Constantius II. This is one of the more common types of Roman coin; they are very plentiful and would have acted as small change, perhaps like a half dollar or quarter today.

Tesorillo reverse type 30, Gloria Exercitus, 336-342 AD.
Constantine I or II, Constantius II, Constans or (unlikely) Delmatius.
Probably Siscia mint.

Can't see enough (and/or don't know enough) to say any further.
