I once found a 1909 VDB Lincoln, a solid F-12. $10 ish coin.

I also was given a 2015 Homestead National Monument quarter that turned out to be the WDDR-004, I was given it at the quarter launch ceremony. At the time, it was worth $250 ish, but I wouldn't place a value on it.
Besides, I dont think that counts as a circulation find LOL.

My best US circulation find was a 1969-S proof Kennedy half dollar in a CWR from a bank in Richmond, VA. In my early days of saving UK coins from my pocket money I found several pre-1947 silver coins and a few other key dates that are worth over $10 today.

I checked the $10-24.99 box. My most interesting finds have been a 1994P-1DR-001, 1982P-1DO-002, & 1983 Cud. Based on recently sold listing on the bay and coppercoins values, I'm guessing I could get somewhere in this range. I've haven't sold anything so value is yet to be determined. As the saying goes, its only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

1979-S Type 2 SBA $1, found in a bank teller's scratch tray. It had been mishandled a bit but it is the only proof I have ever found in the wild and it is definitely worth more than face value
