Another case of "see it, have to get it."
This ashtray about 4" diameter features the Hollinbeck Coin Co. logo, along with a Continental Currency logo, and Art & Paul Kagin's names. The inclusion of Paul (who ran the business side of things) and the pre-ZIP address in Downtown Des Moines makes me think this probably dates between the early 50s to early 60s at the latest.
The Kagins, of course, became known for their mail bid ("no floor") auctions, and made many advancements in that area, including the first auction catalogs to use the then-new
Red Book /
