That's exactly where the term "woody" (or "woodie") comes from regarding coins. It looks like one to me. It's caused by an improperly annealed alloy. The metals weren't mixed completely, so to speak.

P.S. It's hard to tell on the obverse but, it looks like you have a struck-through grease error on the reverse on AME of AMERICA, almost muting those letters completely.

I don't know to much about the Struck Through Grease errors. What does that mean?

It means that the die(s) used to create that coin had grease filling in some of the letters on it so when it struck the planchet, those letters were not formed correctly and the metal of the planchet was not allowed to fill the letter cavities on the die because of the grease in the way.

I don't know if that makes sense or not. One thing I'm still learning about is the process by which these coins are created in the first place. If you get a handle on that, then a lot of questions answer themselves.

If you're talking about greasers, generally no. If you're talking about woodies, some collectors put a premium on them, though I personally don't care for them.
