My brain is on "overload" with all the info I've read here and a couple other coin sites. At this point, I'm easily confused.
You can't tell from this set of pics but on the obverse (?front), the lines go SW to NE on both sides of bust (but not through the bust).
They go downward to the right (NW to SE) on the reverse, but not through shield.
I'm working with a phone and a magnifyer program, so I'll do my best to give whatever pics you want.
[Yes, I know, get my grubby fingers off coins (and prob paper $, too). I will!]

I believe those are what's called linear plating bubbles. They do actually go over the bust from what I see.

They are not uncommon on copper-plated zinc cents.

Not a woody, those are planchet striations, a common occurrence.
