Is it identical in size and thickness to a regular quarter , or is it thicker? I suspect something called a sintered planchet and there was another thread that had a great explanation of what that is. Click on this link. ClintW New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 04/16/2008 08:06 am It does look like the sintered planchet coins in the other pictures. I will try to get some better pictures today, the ones that I posted earlier were just scans. We did weight the thing on some digital scales and it weighed one tenth of a gram less than another Oklahoma quarter. Thanks for your responce foundinrolls. I guess a question I still have is if this is a sintered planchet of a different coin material why is it pretty much the same color as th dollar coins in the other pictures? Also, the size and thickness is the same as a regular quarter. I have this thing listed on ebay, I am going to go see if there is any interest. Thanks again foundinrolls!
