I'm not sure if this is environmental,electrocution,or lam problem,But it has great color to it. The blue didn't show up very well in the pics. Thanks for looking!

John1 I can't agree with that. The colors and film is different then what I usually see in cup holder finds. I think this coin was electrocuted or lam.

It is definitely not a lamination, just random environmental damage.
