Could be Geta or his brother Caracalla.

Well, Caracalla and his brother Geta ruled jointly from 209-211 , before the former had the latter murdered. Caracalla ruled with his father from 198 and on his own from 211 to 218. A lot depends on the text: If it's in Greek it would be a Roman Provincial and almost certainly from the Eastern Mediterranean. It could also be from their cousin Elagabalus, who ruled from 218-222.

It could also be Severus Alexander (222-235) or Gordian III (238-244). Can you tell what the text says?
