The last one looks like it was struck through debris that peeled off the coin. (Note the ghost devices? If this were a struck through after the strike in circulation, the ghost devices would not be there. The would have been distorted and the edges of the affected areas would be raised with an incuse mark and raised walls. I would like to bring this topic back up so we can get more answers. I hope this doesn't bother anyone. I think that two of these look like a Struck Through error.
