That is gonna be really hard to grade. The toning pattern looks kind of like rust in some places and like scratches in other spots. Still I would say MS65+.
Could be way off

I'd say MS-65
UNLESS
that light area on the hair at the ear is a rub, then AU-58.

I don't like the toning but that's a personal thing and at this level should not affect the grade.

well beat me with a stick. I thought the rusty coloration on the front could have been possibly environmental damage from moisture. well there you go!
