The edge reads: Payable at Dallys (no apostrophe!) Chichester.

You should get an Australian threepence token.

Hogarth & Ericksen were jewelers who issued a series of very scarce Australian silver threepence tokens in Sydney, Australia, in the mid 19th Century.
