It has a Zoell variety P11d ; a large die chip on top of the C of CENT. Listed in the back of Charlton 2011, pg. 329. The photos are too blurry to give a tight grade but I'll hazard an F-15 until a better photo appears.
Better picture and properly identified as the sought after LL LD 1891 Victoria large cent as Terry T and Okie have mentioned with die chip on the C in cent listed on page 329 of Charlton 65th edition. Congrats rockfish
