it's a 1964 Lincoln. Looks like a double die to the right of the left side of last post. I looked at several of 1964 pennies I have and it doesn't have this double look on it. What do you think?

Initially, I thought you meant on the inside of the column, and I was going to point out that columns 1, 5, 8 and 12 have a bit of doubling in the design to create the illusion on depth. After seeing your second picture, I am going to say you have Machine Doubling. MD is not the same as a doubled die and typically carries no additional premium.
