1913 Barber Dime Over Date?

Hi! I picked up a bunch of AG/G Barber dimes for spot price yesterday, and this 1913 is very odd.
It looks like an 'o' mint mark under the 3, theres also a small tail coming out of the backof the 9.
It was very hard to capture the actual appearance of what I'm seeing.
I havent been able to find anything on such an error, or even a die chip that resembles an error.
Has anyone seen anything similar?

Looks like a die chip to me.
