There are good images, but they don't speak and I can't be sure what you want opinions on. What do you see that interests you?

A full image of both the obverse and reverse would be of great help.

As stated - full pictures of both sides are needed because the rarity and therefore the value depend on determining the die variety of the coin. Full pictures allow us to look for the alignment markers that help identify the die variety. There were approximately 30 die varieties in 1849 - many were common (R1) and some were rare (R5 & R6)

N-5 looks right. $20 might be generous. 1821 is semi-key date for coronet series. Show us pics of that coin please.

The only 1849 that might have a chance of approaching that price a long time ago would have been N-18, which is a proof only variety.

Earlier you said the other two were 1819 and 21, now you say 1818 and 1819. A nice condition 1818 N-4 could push the value way up. It isn't likely though, and ut would have had to have been appraised by someone that knew die varieties.

Is it possible the long ago appraisial was for insurance purposes and the appraiser wildly overstated the value? That can happen.
