It's a regular Obv 2.

The quickest way to determine OBV 1 vs OBV 2 is to have a look at the lower serif on the N in regiNa. If it has a long serif it is the OBV 1.

There are other markers that have to do with the chin, and QE's collar, but on worn coins, or when looking at less than focused pictures the N shows up like a lighthouse.

I look at the shape of the chin/throat and where the neck truncation ends. A 2 is BETWEEN the 2 beads by the C in Canada a #1 ends directly on the bead just above the C. Even with his small unfocused photos, you can tell it's a 2. With a large enough shot, you can see the serif on the N in Regina. The chin/thoat of a #2 is nearly flat with a dimple .. a 1 is smooth and rounded.
