Help With A 1990 Lincoln: Is This An Extra Column In Bay-1

Look like extra column in bay-1. Would appreciate all thoughts.

Looks like something going on, You need to post a photo of the whole coin , both sides

Looks like a die scratch that matches the upper curve of the bay. It it were an extra column, then the bottom part of the line would be equal distance as well from the column. Its not, so it is just a die scratch. The area on the right side of the 1st column is part of the design. The dies start out with that line to give it a 3-D look to the design.

There are 4 on the normal shadow columns on the design. Sometimes die polishing can remove these.
