I found that there is a '79 MM error for the "S" proof coins. However, this is clearly not a proof coin. Can anyone give their expert advice on this? Could it be a double struck MM? Thanks in advance.

The indistinct Type 1 mintmark is normal for the 1979-S business strikes, the clear Type 2 mintmark is only found on proof issues for 1979.
