No idea how to really describe it. Look just left of back of Lincoln's head Thought might be crack, then realized looks more like Cud. (Actually, looks like drippy copper (or whatever) but from what yall say about process, more likely Cud.)

The Cud is NOT ON the rim at "WE".

First one I've seen in my short time looking!

Cuds are at the rim of a coin. Yours might be a line of zinc gas bubbles, scratches in the die, or

Thanks, Fuzzy! I got to make myself a "cheat sheet" of terminology and where items usually are located.

I didn't think about gas bubbles.

Tip on your cheat sheet: Gass bubbles can be easily flattened by tapping them with your finger. Cuds can not.

RoyCoinBoy,thanks!! I tried feeling texture if these. Either my fingers aren't sensitive enough anymore or they've already been flattened. They kinda remind me of wrinkles.
