Left obverse field flaws are likely bag marks, but looking closely, I think there is some "rub" apparent on the eagle's breast. I'll drop my estimate to AU-58.

Seems to be wear on wings and tips , a scratch across tail feathers , ruff right reverse rim . AU-58 original .

It has the "fat legs" seen on a lot of Washington 25c, including proof strikes.
