Is This The1980 Cent Double Legend ?

It's not only the dots but, the letters underneath. Neither the OP`s coin nor the coc coin are doubled dies. Nowhere on the coc site do they call that coin a DDO, the coins in that section of the listing are merely errors and varieties that members there have posted to share.
