I know with coins that some errors are collectible with added value and some are not so much. This is my first error currency and I would appreciate any input as to what is going on here. It appears to be miscut(?) as well as misprinted(?) as the serial numbers don't seem to be in the right place on the bill. Is this something that has added value and therefore worth keeping or just kind of fun to look at and then sent back into circulation. Thank you for any help.

I was actually going to post a similar topic... I found some $2 bills that had the green seal and serial numbers just slightly higher than usual... not quite to the degree that yours is offset... but I too was going to ask if this was a common thing...

That $20 definitely catches the eye though... ;-P

So, his bill looks like it was genuinely cut off center and the printing front and back are both off center... does it mean anything when the front is off center but the back is not? I found some of those today and I'm not sure if it's special in any kind of way...

I wouldn't consider the $20 to be "within tolerance" -- pretty good misalignment error. The ink mark hurts it, but the $20 is definitely a keeper.
