Looks to be a polished die obverse, bust appears worked around , 9 left upper is worn down (filled?), see some damage and worn die effect on motto. Rim ding reverse between UNITED & STATES. What do you think you're seeing?

i say its a normal 72S Lincoln Cent. (what are you seeing)?
