These coins are hard to grade because the strikes are often less than optimal. The grading services have a lot of trouble grading them consistently too. I have one in an NGC MS-61 holder than is nicer than examples I've seen in MS-63 or 64 holders.
As for this one My grade would be AU-55 with a chance that it could make AU-58. There is a rub on the reverse for sure, and the obverse is weakly struck. The photo makes it look like the luster is muttled.
