CanadianHunter New Member Canada 22 Posts	Posted 05/23/2017 10:56 pm So I was coin roll hunting when I found a 1960 Swiss 1/2 Rappen which looks like silver. Turns out it is actually made of .835 silver. So I wanted to start a post for people to post their foreign silver finds in the wild. Please try to keep this post alive. Report this Post to the Staff

My rate is roughly one silver Canadian per $700 searched. I've also found a few silver Canadian quarters including pocket change. I'm in Michigan. I've found even older silver Canadian coins via dirtfishing, including a half-dozen early dimes (pre 1915) and an 1878 quarter. When I listen to LED ZEPPELIN...so do my neighbors... She told me that a guy bought a bag of foreign coins and asked me if I want them. I said yes and boy were they special. I have already put them in holders already.
