Spence Moderator United States 34428 Posts	Posted 05/25/2017 10:21 pm Looks like PSD to me--most likely in the form of the edge of a reeded edge coin (quarter? another dime?) hitting his cheek and leaving those spaced divots. You can see that the center one is deeper and more distinct, which could be indicative of the curved edge of a coin.
