You coin was struck though a capped die that is breaking down. A nice find. Note how on the obverse, how the area of the rim is not real sharp. This is because of the planchet that got stuck on to the obverse die.

my edges on the obverse are sharp to the touch, also what are those three lines on the observe? is that from the reverse?

The inside edge of the rim is not sharp. I don't see three lines on the obverse in your picture, but I don't doubt they are there. Probably parts of the Memorial.
