I recently picked this up for a type set I am working on. It has seen better days but the overstamped 5 in 25 on the reverse, is this common for the year?

There are four varieties for this year and that reverse comes on two of them B-3 which is R-1 very common, and B-4 which is R-4+ very scarce. Unfortunately yours is B-3.
