Once I obtain this info. I plan on putting a link here to/from a new thread within the 'US Classic Variety and Error Coins' section so as not to stray too much from the initial grading theme of this thread... I'd guess ebay sold listings and the Heritage Auction archives are the closest thing there is. I think Bust Half Dime die varieties are collected by fewer people than the larger quarters and/or half dollars. It is easier to see the pick-up points on a larger coin than a smaller one. Plus the larger size coins have been more widely written about (e.g. Overton for halves). Report this Post to the Staff
