I'm thinking that this may be a lamination error on the reverse, but wanted a second opinion.

Yup- lamination. The piece has peeled back and is still attached. Wait for a third opinion to be sure.

Looks to me like a Retained Lamination error. Nice find.

That's very cool!

You have two retained and folded lamination peels. This would definitely command a premium for error collectors.

Edit: actually, the lower peel was folded over and then folded back on itself. Even better!
