yes high au to ms 60-61, the top coin has some rim damage between 9 and 10 o'clock.

With the major nick on 1910 and multiple minor nicks 0n 1910D, it may be pushing it for MS, but high AU for sure.

So when might I expect shipment?

Apparent wear on the upper leading wings of both coins, easy to pick up even on these small pics, so I'll say mid-AU on both.
