Everyone knows about the 36 Canadian Dot Penny and Dime and I'm not expecting anything close to as valuable or valuable at all. However, I was just curious if the Mint still marked coins for whatever purpose. This may not be anything at all but I just thought that the little dot(s) below the E were possibly something similar. They didn't change anything with the design so I could be off to think this.

A little spot of tarnish is what I see. Still it is silver.
