Help needed in determining grade for this 1910 GB one penny. I usually come across these in well circulated condition.

Not the best Grader out there but I would guess AU55+ The hair on the king seems like their is wear.

All uncrowned British KEV11 coins are sensitive to wear on side of King's head. This is the first place on the obverse to go to when grading. Mustache and beard are a bit weak.

Pictures are OK but in this case, I would like to examine the hair under a 10X lens, but that ain't possible.
Nevertheless, I would guess
AU58.

A/UNC ....Possibly UNC in hand.
There was know detail (hair at the top of the head) as he was bald its a nice one just a pity about the metal mix
Good obverse with full upper ear, hair detail and reverse fingers, breastplate ,helmet and right knee.

Thanks, everyone.

I'm not sure if there's a "film" or something else on the coin surface that is giving it this effect. Would it be okay to give this an acetone bath?

Thanks.

I wouldnt bother with acetone.
Its like that due to the mixture of metal in the coin and acetone wont change it.
