Well, I was trying to eliminate the background so that you could see just the coin. I guess this way was more distracting then just leaving it as is. Does it appear to be problem free? It's hard for me to tell with these type of coins, not very good at it.

Talk about tough, if genuine(?), and I'm no expert. If so, I'd say AU-55, super example.

'11-D Strong D is a $4000 coin in AU. It has to be authenticated. The coin looks AU+ and I don't see problems with it but high quality counterfeits are common for this piece.

It's too bad these coins are so highly counterfeited! Unless certified by the big 3 (I include ANACS) then I wouldn't buy one.

It looks genuine. It has the wire rim on the obverse and scalps on the reverse, but certification is mandatory for these coins to get the money for them. The grade in the low to mid level AU area.
