Machine Damage? I'm Not Seeing Any

I recently bought this coin for less than $10. I pretty much took a gamble on it on ebay with bad photos. Now that I got it in hand and photographed it, I'm not sure where the machine damage is. Could it be the small mark to the right of UNITED on the reverse? That's the only spot I can see anything remotely 'damaged'.

Possibly the mark you mentioned and it also looks like BER on the obverse is damaged.

There is some shifting around OF AMERICA in particular and other devices on reverse, OL on obverse, Nasty ...Ahem, ..."toning".
