Looks torch heated 3/4 coin. Damaged, called artificial uglifacation, I mean, toning.

I like finding those crazy toned Lincolns in rolls. That's a pretty interesting one.

I always want to keep them but, I usually talk myself out of it.

ME TOO! Love any toned cents. I'm starting to keep all the nice ones I find CRHing and when I think I have enough start to really go through them and collect by date.

When I get my camera and actually learn to take some decent pics I'll throw a pic up of some of my favorites.
