No, there's no notching on either serif. The "junk" inside lower gap is common punch problem, just die chip. See why you might think it's a WRPM-001 as a north/north, but there would be more signs in lower space and defined splits on upper curves. Besides, mm is in wrong position...that'll get ya every time!
