I have two 2000 Virginia Quarter Mint Rolls, one each from Denver and the other Philly. Most rolls come with one side showing obverse and the other reverse. I have one set with both rolls showing reverse only so you can't see the obverse side of the coins. The only way I can tell is by the mint roll packaging and its stamped "VA"/"P" and "VA"/"D" on the roll.
Is this common or something rare? I notice some folks selling rolls that say "Heads/Tails" so somebody should know what I'm asking about.
Thanks all,
