Hi all,

Just wondering how you guys feel about this 1862 Mohur. It looks alright to me although I am certainly not an expert. Would you feel AU-50 would be a reasonable grade to expect?

Nice coin, I don't want to comment on the grade, but I don't like what I am seeing on the listings.
Correct me if I am wrong, you bought this on ebay for $X today. You are using seller pics. The same seller sold the same coin on April 16th for 1.4 times X. The first listing had different pics with the obvious blemish west of the 1 in the date covered up in a poor photoshop job. Apparently, the buyer called out the seller on it, and he relisted with true(r) pics.
That gives me a bad feel about the seller, nobody should be covering up blemishes in a picture.
I hope it turns out well for you.

It's pretty good buy for the amount you paid. NIce coin.

About ebay rating system, ever since they changed the policy on rating, "100% positive" can be deceptive.

Thanks for your input guys, I appreciate it. I'll take my own images when it arrives for comparison. I agree there is a small risk involved but if anything smells fishy it's a matter of a simple charge reversal on my card. Fingers crossed!
