thedollarman Pillar of the Community Canada 4911 Posts	Posted 06/08/2017 6:29 pm not a dealer mark down...these sets are very very common and unless one or more of the coins inside is extremely choice, or an error, or an ultra heavy cameo..the value is around melt value.
