Interesting piece. All I can say for now is that Tetragrammaton is the name for the Hebrew YHWH, believed to be the true name of God. Looks to be new age mumbo jumbo.

I think that it may be kabbalistic. Or rather, the more modern interpretation of the Kabbalah.
