there is wear on the Tip of the moustache, and middle jewel. Missing some luster.

I'd say more of an AU 55. But not a MS for the same reasons as above

Ah I see. Well it makes sense but for an ms60 I do see ICCS slabbed coin with wear on the moustache and other high points. This grading thing is confusing to be honest

AU 50 or AU55..Depends on the grading company used.

Grading is an "opinion" and nothing more..

The graders want to make as much money as possible (grading coins) and over the past years we've seen the grades "creep up" somewhat..

Higher grades (ie:..more value) means that more coins get sent to them naturally..

Thus the term "grade creep" is now a very familiar phrase in coin grading..and very easily seen if comparing 20 year old certs to today's certs...

It's a money making game and I've seen today's graders laugh about it ..They have to move "up" with the times..
