Grading is an "opinion" and nothing more.. The graders want to make as much money as possible (grading coins) and over the past years we've seen the grades "creep up" somewhat.. Higher grades (ie:..more value) means that more coins get sent to them naturally.. Thus the term "grade creep" is now a very familiar phrase in coin grading..and very easily seen if comparing 20 year old certs to today's certs...
