I never have before. But I ordered their 10 oz starter pack, and it only arrived with 9 oz. I called them, and they said the claims department had left for the day, and they would get back to me.
Has anyone else had this experience?

All the bigger bullion companies have surveillance tapes of each order being packed.
Sometimes it takes them a few days to review it but if only 9 oz. were packed they will make it right.
Being Friday night....I wouldn't expect to hear from them till Tuesday at the earliest.

I have placed many orders with JM Bullion and never had an issue. They will make it right.

I have used JM Bullion a few times in the past and have never had any issues with them. I'm sure they will rectify the situation.

You have got me thinking about my JM starter pack. I am not sure if I even counted mine when I received it since it was just generic silver I just put it right with the rest.

Arkie, it's funny but I just ordered their 10 oz. starter pack and the shipment should arrive any day now. I'm now hoping mine arrives with 11 ounces

Huh, when I got mine I don't even think I cracked it open I just chucked it in the safe. Makes me want to check it even though it would be too late now to make a claim.
Question for anyone though: I was thinking about getting more silver, but I noticed it said one order per a household. My girlfriend shares my same address but not my last name. Anyone think an order under her name paid for by check from her account would still go through even though they would be shipping it to the same address?

I've ordered from them a couple of times and had no issues.

Filled out and emailed back their claim form. Haven't heard back from them yet.

At least you were able to get them on the phone.
I had a problem and got the automated runaround for over 15 minutes each time on 2 separate calls DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
Luckily the mailman at work that I see every day year after year was able to find my misdelivered package of $1K of silver.
Sure you could blame USPS for the misdelivery by the temp that day but if the sender won't even answer the phone TWICE to even try to get a resolution started buyer beware.
Do business at your own risk.
