Does anyone know how errors are reported or whom to talk to when major errors are found and may be known as a variety down the road?
One of my silver dollars from this year is missing a chunk of the mountain ridge off the allegory's hip.

Send it back to the Mint for refund or replacement.
There is absolutely no collector interest for NCLT coins with such minor errors.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Yeah that is poor quality control. If it's a different die type maybe it's worth something but it doesn't look like it
