Spence would be the person to know for sure. But from what I can see it looks genuine to me.

@wallet, I am not very good at sniffing out fakes, but it seems to match a known fake (albeit in all-white metal):

I have never seen authentic fleur de lis look like those on your piece. Hopefully others will weigh in also so that you can get a concensus viewpoint.
