Quote: It is still available online and I am sure you can order through your rep. The rep put me on a wait list, but I was able to place my order on-line at 09:30. It is now "Awaiting Stock" online.

The puzzle coin comes in a wooden box with a black sleeve.

I was tempted when I got the email from my rep. Mintage is right and commemorating Canada's 150th is great but I passed. Might regret it but it just looks too busy to me. It's also just over 16 oz. so I thought to myself "for a little more I could buy another beautiful kilo coin with a 500 mintage". Congrats to whoever bought one. I will be jealous when I see the pics I'm sure.

Quote: #4 - It look interesting but I'm not sure what's below the Parliament Building? It's the Centennial Flame. For those looking for this 'coin', check the Shopping Channel on or before June 30th. Bromberg said he will have it then but they usually post for sale on their website before they go to air. Since he was hyping the coin two weeks ago, it would seem likely his hands are all over it.

I don't know.... this 2oz GITD coin is just a picture over relief on the coin. I see it way below multiplicity of Silver Dollars as Canada 150-yrs commemorating.

It's a giant piece of silver.
I'd buy 4 shares of TSLA stock instead of that.

@onecad
Opinions don't matter if you really like the coin. It is spectacular. I am sure when in hand, to see each individual piece will be amazing. It won't be here until October so pics will be hard to come by. I look forward to your posting them. I may actually buy one myself today and scrap some of my smaller orders. And, if my redemption code comes in before that delivery date, I will apply it. Enjoy what you buy. It truly is a piece to talk about and share!

@CC Ottawa Bromberg will have lots for June 30th I bet, from clock coins to puzzle coins I always enjoy watching him. And, that 2 ounce GITD will definitely sell well for sure:)))

Agreed New1954. This should be an impressive display. Definitely one that needs to be shown....maybe on a wall.
It does remind me a lot of the Chinese Lunar Calendar set the Mint sold (they didn't produce it) a few years ago except that set was plated copper.

My guess for "Province coins": later this year we will have Provincial related, but more affordable. In the silver, we didn't see it from 1992. In pure silver - never. RCM understand, that "low spenders" also wish to bring their money on the similar stuff. And this is not "puzzle" , but interlock design, like used in the Chinese Zodiac coins and bars. Still looks not bad.

Quote: I guess maybe just me. but a map coin of all the provinces would have been a better puzzle type Great idea @John100! Would have jumped on this, for sure. Just not set on the interlocking zodiac-style pieces of this coin. Might regret my lack of enthusiasm later on!
