Can't really tell . The dark areas in your photos covers some of the steps .

Based on the last picture, I'd say probably not. Looks like a slight hit across the middle. (But I'm usually tougher on grading than the TPGs, since I'm not getting paid for it.)

In my opinion, no way. That hit between I and C in Monticello is the main reason. You need 5 completely uninterrupted lines ( grooves ) between the high points and no hits on the high points as well.
