Looks like it, but appears to be large scratch on the reverse at the star and ME. Possibly cleaned also.

Amber > your first photo of the bands look like all bands are split . But your other two have a glare blocking some of the top bands . Guess what? I really think it's FSB .
Now we come to some bad abrasion lower right reverse [field . I'll give you the cat hair . The only thing worth mentioning on the obverse is a pretty distinct pock mark on her lower hair curl .
And I'm sorry to have to close this with a possibility of being cleaned .
